By selecting and paying for a subscription plan, you agree to the following terms. After your payment is completed, you will receive an onboarding form. Our team will contact you by email to begin the setup process. The speed of your AI chatbot implementation depends entirely on your responsiveness and how quickly you provide the necessary information, access to your website, or install our code on your site. All communication is conducted via email only. We are not responsible for delays caused by a lack of response from your side. Your subscription will remain active regardless of communication status. Subscription payments are non-refundable. If the setup process is delayed or stopped due to a lack of communication from your side, payments already made will not be refunded. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will stop future billing, but previous payments are non-refundable.
